Marketing + Content Creation
As part of the marketing team at Dog Tag Art, I worked to establish the brand’s presence through social media, marketing emails, and ads. I worked with the marketing manager to plan social posts and strategize for growth, making graphics and capturing photos and videos. We worked with numerous influencers across platforms with our largest collaborative post reaching over 86K views.
When creating weekly marketing emails, we worked together to plan and publish, while I designed and wrote copy. In November 2021, our team also added mass texts to the marketing strategy.

Metrics
When the marketing manager and I took over social media management in 2021, we did so with the aims of reaching a younger demographic, growing Dog Tag Art’s audience, and increasing sales from social platforms.
Since then we started a TikTok, gained over 1000 followers on Instagram, and social media is now a revenue stream for Dog Tag Art. Our reels average over 15k views, with our highest reaching almost 50k.
Influencers
Dog Tag Art partnered with influencers of varying follower counts to increase brand presence. I worked with the marketing manager to build and maintain relationships with creators across platforms.
emails
Our marketing emails aimed to grab the attention of the customer with fun, creative designs, while also encouraging them to purchase. In addition to creating the email graphics, I also wrote the copy. This included a roster of subject lines that brought in a notably high open rate at a 30% average.
The majority of the designs were playfully within the brand guide (as seen above), but for special events and holidays, I created specific collections and campaigns that showcased the new designs accordingly. (Please refer to the emails below for reference.)
